Raw Chocolate Beet Cashew cheesecake!
The tastiest ( guilt free! ) chocolate treat!
Raw Chocolate Beet Cashew Cheesecake
- 1 1/2 cups of nuts of your choice ( I used almonds, cashews and hemp hearts)
- 4 tsp raw cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
Blend all ingredients and press into bottom of pie pan and place in freezer.
- 1 1/2 cups of soaked raw cashew
- 1 cup raw beetroot, peeled and chopped
- 2/3 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 tsp vanilla
Blend all ingredients and pour over crust and freeze for 3 hours
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Blend and top the cheesecake and place in freezer. Allow cake to thaw for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
